With Cleanline’s passion for fly fishing in remote areas around Tofino, timing couldn’t have been better as Atleo River Air is now offering a full helicopter service for Tofino and the surrounding area. The passion for fly fishing and freshwater fishing started early for Cleanline’s owner and head guide, Blake Klopfenstein, now living full time in Tofino, on the West Coast of Vancouver Island, in beautiful British Columbia. Now that there is a full time helicopter in town, Tofino’s freshwater fishing playground has just became a whole lot bigger.

 

Although Cleanline already offer’s a fantastic fly in fishing experience via float plane, Atleo’s new helicopter opens up so many more options. Drop in to the smallest of mountain lakes for a few hours and then hop over to a remote river system for the rest of the day. Atleo’s new machine, a Bell 206 Jet Ranger can accommodate up to 4 passengers and can play a key role in maximizing fishing opportunities, while adding the thrill and excitement to the wilderness fishing experience.

 

Pricing for the Helicopter Fishing Experience will remain the same as our Freshwater Fishing Experience and will offer day trips for up to 3 guests:

 

• 1-2 Guests, $3000 per day plus GST
• 3 Guests, $3200 per day plus GST

 

Please consider the following recommendations before you book your Helicopter Fishing Experience:

 

• All anglers require a Freshwater Angling License and may be purchased online, but must have a printed copy on hand for your scheduled trip.
• Please bring you’re personal fishing waders and wading boots and favorite rod and equipment to ensure comfort and convenience. If you are unable to travel with your personal fishing gear, we will accommodate you and your group with top of the line equipment with advance notice.
